All landscaping services are provided based on a written estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials, and pricing. The estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
For projects over $1,000, a deposit of 50% is required to schedule work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. For smaller projects, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented as a change order and may affect the final price and timeline.
